About The Role
- As part of a diverse and motivated team, you will be involved in a range of projects with our clients, covering topics such as:
- Strategy definition
- Process Re-engineering
- Operations Optimization
- Systems Implementation follow-up
- You will work with consultants and clients through all stages of the consulting life cycle, including data gathering, data analysis, developing solutions, generating recommendations, communicating results, implementation, and follow up.
- You will assist the team with the delivery of project work across a range of clients based primarily client sites. You will help in developing recommendations and solutions bridging the gap between the organization’s high-level mission, vision, and capabilities and people, process, and technical solutions while taking account identified constraints and existing technology into account.
- You will also assist with drafting business proposals and other client materials.
- You will work on topics such as : Supply chain, Finance, Corporate finance, Facility Management, IT Advisory, Sales & Marketing, etc.
- You will gain an understanding of the key issues, challenges and cutting-edge topics within different sectors, and they will undertake training on various topics. You will also gain experience with strategy development, business process reengineering, organization design, knowledge management and change management.
Experience And Qualifications
- Good Engineering or business school (Polytechnique, SupCom, ENSI, IHEC, MSB, Grande Ecole in France, International University, etc.)
- Prior experience at a consulting organization is highly preferred
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to gather and analyze data effectively
- Experience with completing individual tasks effectively
- Excellent PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
- Experience with working in a team environment
