Engagement Manager

As part of a diverse and motivated team, you will be involved in a range of projects with our clients, covering topics such as:

• • End-to-End delivery of client engagements
  • Ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets
  • Manage project teams, deliverables, and client relationships for maximum impact.

• Project Leadership & Delivery: Define project scope and objectives, develop integrated plans with clear milestones, and align deliverables to strategic goals. Monitor budgets, forecast profitability, and optimize resource allocation to meet timelines and financial targets. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure cohesive execution and timely issue resolution.

• Team Management: Build and mentor diverse consulting teams by assigning roles that leverage individual strengths and expertise. Provide regular coaching, conduct performance assessments, and establish feedback mechanisms to drive accountability and skill enhancement. Promote a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and collective problem-solving.

• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for C-suite and senior stakeholders, anticipating needs and managing expectations with professionalism. Lead strategic workshops, steering committees, and governance forums to communicate insights, progress, and value delivery. Cultivate long-term relationships by demonstrating thought leadership and responsiveness to client priorities.

• Quality Assurance & Risk Mitigation: Establish and enforce quality control frameworks, conducting systematic reviews of analyses and deliverables to maintain rigor. Identify and assess project risks early, develop mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues to senior leadership with recommended actions. Ensure deliverable consistency and adherence to best practices throughout the engagement.

• Solution Development & Insights: Oversee analytical workstreams to perform data-driven diagnostics, validate hypotheses, and build robust business cases. Collaborate with subject-matter experts to design tailored solutions across Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Sales & Marketing, and Change Management. Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations that drive measurable client outcomes.

• Change Management Leadership: Lead organizational change initiatives by assessing readiness, designing communication and training strategies, and mobilizing stakeholders. Track adoption metrics, identify resistance points, and refine interventions to sustain behavioral change. Ensure program benefits are realized and embedded within client operations.

• You will work in Tunisia (Tunis). In some cases, you will be asked to travel to your client site.
